Out Standing in the Field

OK...I'll admit that I like the eraser in Photoshop (but I'm still essentially a vector kind of girl!)

I found the most challenging part of the exercise to be generalization issues. I struggled with the decisions on what to select to digitize and how much detail to show in the lines, and eventually ended up taking a lot of stuff out in order to just reduce clutter. And, I couldn't figure out a way to get text to not "pixelate", which makes reading things difficult.

On this last image, the coastlines and roads truncate on the right side because the skewing of the December image gave it slightly different dimensions compared to the June image and because the images didn't cover exactly the same area. Both images remind me of my home county in Florida before and after Hurricanes Ivan and Dennis came over the barrier islands just 10 months apart.
